Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This policy explains how Igor Zorko (“Nuvilo”, “we”, or “us”) handles information when you use the Nuvilo mobile app, website, Pet Passport pages, and related services. Contact us at igor.zorko@project1014.tech with privacy questions or requests.

Information we process

  • Account details such as your email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers.
  • Pet and household information you choose to add, including profiles, care and health history, reminders, contact information, photos, and documents.
  • Household membership, invitation, and care-attribution information needed for shared care features.
  • Smart Add text while it is processed to propose structured records. Nuvilo stores operational metadata such as request length and status, but not the original Smart Add text in its request log.
  • Purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction references. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
  • Device push tokens, limited diagnostics, security logs, and coarse technical details needed to deliver notifications, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

How we use information

We process this information to provide the features you request, synchronize care within your household, generate Smart Add proposals, deliver reminders, validate subscriptions, provide support, protect accounts, diagnose failures, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use pet-care content for advertising.

Service providers

Nuvilo uses service providers to operate the product. These currently include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions; Anthropic to process Smart Add requests; RevenueCat and Apple or Google for subscription processing; Expo for push notification delivery; and Sentry for privacy-restricted crash diagnostics. Apple and Google may also process sign-in information when you choose their sign-in methods.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and may process data in countries outside yours. We limit the information sent to each provider to what its function requires.

Sharing and Pet Passports

Household information is visible to members of that household according to their role. A Pet Passport is visible to anyone who has its unexpired link and contains only the fields selected by the person who created it. Passport links can be revoked at any time. Avoid sharing a Passport link where unintended recipients may see it.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and pet-care data while your account is active. You can delete individual records in the app where that option is available, or delete your account from Pet → Settings → Delete account. Account deletion removes the account and associated Nuvilo data, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or records maintained independently by an app store.

Deleting your Nuvilo account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store first. See our account-deletion instructions for another request method.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information and to object to certain processing. You can manage much of your information inside Nuvilo or email igor.zorko@project1014.tech. You may also withdraw optional notification permission in your device settings.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and restricted service credentials to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Nuvilo is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as Nuvilo changes. We will publish the revised date here and provide additional notice when required by law.
