Delete your Nuvilo account

You can permanently delete your account and associated Nuvilo data directly in the app.

1. Open Nuvilo and sign in.
2. Open the Pet tab, then Settings.
3. Under Danger zone, choose Delete account and confirm.

Before deleting

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. In the app, open Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription and cancel through the store first if you do not want it to renew.

If you are the only owner of a household with other members, transfer ownership or remove those members before deleting your account.

If you used Sign in with Apple, after deleting your Nuvilo account open iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Nuvilo, then choose to stop using Sign in with Apple. You can also manage this under Sign-In & Security at account.apple.com.

Request deletion without the app

Email igor.zorko@project1014.tech from the address used for your Nuvilo account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Nuvilo account and associated profile, household membership, pet records, reminders, documents, photos, and active sharing links when they are not retained by another member’s household. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. App-store transaction records are controlled separately by Apple or Google.
