Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Nuvilo, provided by Igor Zorko. By creating an account or using Nuvilo, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact igor.zorko@project1014.tech.

Using Nuvilo

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the information you add and for deciding who to invite to a household or give a Pet Passport link. You must have permission to upload and share any content you provide.

Pet-care information

Nuvilo helps organize information and reminders. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and Smart Add proposals may be incomplete or wrong. Review information before saving or acting on it. Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical advice and an emergency provider when urgent care is needed.

Subscriptions

Plus and Family are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period shown by the store at purchase apply. Payment is charged to your store account and renews automatically unless you cancel through that store before renewal. You can open the store-management screen from Nuvilo’s Subscription page. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, refunds, and applicable trials.

Paid access continues until the end of the period shown by the store after cancellation. If payment fails or a subscription expires, Nuvilo may return the household to the Free plan without deleting existing care history.

Your content and service operation

You keep ownership of content you add. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit it solely to operate and improve the service. We may set reasonable limits to protect Nuvilo from abuse and may suspend access that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Nuvilo available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Nuvilo is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and Igor Zorko is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Nuvilo or delete your account at any time. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.
